Lauren Savage Fleming
After the birth of her daughter, Lauren started experiencing physical symptoms that caught her by surprise. These symptoms, which included a bulge and heaviness in her vagina, made it difficult to do simple things, like hold her baby or walk around the block. Frustrated, confused, and hoping to find relief, she talked to her healthcare providers.
Eventually, she learned she had pelvic organ prolapse. She found a pelvic floor physical therapist, who recommended that she wear a pelvic floor support garment to help alleviate her symptoms.
Lauren tried many options, but none of them seemed right. They were bulky, uncomfortable, and unsightly. Every time she put one on, she knew there had to be something better; something that would provide support and made her feel beautiful. There wasn’t, so she set out to make it herself! And Hem Support Wear was born.
