Can I choose different sizes in a bundle?
Currently, all garments in a bundle must be the same size. If you're between sizes or unsure, we recommend starting with a 3-pack or taking our Size Quiz before buying a larger bundle.
What if the size I choose for my bundle doesn’t fit?
We offer one free size exchange and easy returns on bundles, but we’ll ask you to return all unworn garments in the bundle with hygiene liners intact. (You can try one on over underwear to check fit.)
What’s the best bundle for trying Hem for the first time?
The 3-Pack is a great starting point, especially if you're new to pelvic support garments or between sizes. It gives you enough to rotate through a few days while saving on price per pair.
Does the bundle pricing include a discount?
Yes! Each bundle includes a per-garment discount compared to buying singles, and U.S. customers get free shipping on all bundle orders over $100.
Can I use a discount code on bundles?
Our bundles are already specially priced, so they’re not eligible for additional discount codes. But good news, U.S. shipping is free on all bundle orders. We built these bundles to give you the best value we can, upfront. No codes needed.
Can I return part of a bundle?
Unfortunately, we’re not able to accept partial returns from bundle purchases. If you decide you'd prefer fewer garments, you’ll need to return the full bundle and place a new order for the quantity that works best for you. We're happy to help you with sizing or fit questions before you reorder, just reach out!
